Designed for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, boats, tents and off-grid adventures, the Omnia provides oven-style cooking directly on a suitable hob or heat source — with no installation required.
Lightweight and compact, the Omnia Classic is particularly useful where a conventional oven isn't available. Its clever three-part construction creates heat from both above and below, allowing food to bake and cook more like it would in a traditional oven.
The specially shaped 2-litre aluminium cooking pan sits above a bowl-shaped stainless steel base. Hot air is directed underneath the pan while additional heat travels through the central opening and towards the lid, providing heat from above. Ventilation holes in the lid help complete this simple but highly effective cooking system.
Compatible with a wide variety of heat sources, the Omnia Classic can be used with gas hobs, electric hotplates, ceramic hobs, alcohol stoves, Trangia stoves and suitable barbecues. This makes it an extremely versatile addition to any compact camping kitchen.
Please note: the Omnia Classic is not suitable for induction hobs.
The Omnia uses three components together to recreate the heating characteristics of a conventional oven. The aluminium cooking pan sits on a specially shaped stainless steel base, which directs hot air around the underside of the pan.
Heat also rises through the central openings in the base and cooking pan towards the lid. This provides heat from above, while the shaped base supplies heat from underneath. The result is an ingenious portable system capable of baking and cooking without a conventional oven.
Do not add water to the base — the system relies on circulating hot air rather than steam.
The correct setting will depend on your individual stove, so start cautiously and adjust as required. On a 2,000W portable electric hotplate, high heat can generally be used. With a 2,000W alcohol stove, slightly below half power is a useful starting point, while on a 2,500W gas hob, Omnia recommends beginning just above the lowest flame.
For some short cooking and baking applications, the stainless steel base can also be preheated to help bring the oven up to temperature more quickly.
Standard shipping is a flat £4.99 and is free on orders over £75. Orders using standard shipping are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

A next day courier option is available for £6.99 - orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next working day, however any order placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following day.
