Delivery

Standard shipping is £4.99 and is free for UK Mainland orders over £75. Orders using standard shipping are usually delivered within 3 working days of placing your order. If you wish for your order to be delivered to the following: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight/Isle of Man additional delivery charges may apply. 

We will rush to dispatch your order same or next working day, but will contact you if there will be any delays. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekend or bank holidays.

A next day courier option is available for £6.99 - orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next working day, however any order placed after this time will not be despatched until the following day.

Returns

Want to return your order? Whatever the reason for your return, please contact us first so we can help.

Cancellations & Unwanted products: 

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders which have already been picked for shipping and onwards are unable to be cancelled.

If you have ordered a product you no longer want, we require that you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you intend to return the product, and have a further 14 days in which to return the product to us. 

Products must be returned within their original commercial packaging and in an unused, clean and resale-able condition. Returns should be sent via a courier of your choice to:

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: 

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, then please inform us by email within 30 days of receipt for us to arrange their return. We will usually require an image of the products to be sent to us before we organise for the return of the product. For the majority of products, we will usually arrange for returns to be dropped off at a Hermes or DPD parcel shop local to you. You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably possible after we have provided the return postage.

Faulty products:

We are confident about the products that we supply. However, should that rare occasion rise where you have a fault occur with a product you have purchased from us, we request that you first contact us. We will need to be informed us of the fault, any relevant details relating to how the fault occurred, and provided some supporting photographs. We will then aim to resolve the issue. 

Within the first 30 days of receipt of the product, we will offer you a repair, replacement or full refund of the product. Within 12 months of receipt, we will offer a repair or replacement for the product.
