The Polarys TwinAir 3 uses a clever two-part split system, with the condenser positioned outside the vehicle while the evaporator remains inside. The two sections are connected together, allowing the heat-generating part of the air conditioning system to remain outdoors while cooled air is delivered directly into your living space.
Designed specifically with touring in mind, the TwinAir 3 offers quick and straightforward installation without requiring the type of permanent fitting associated with many roof-mounted air conditioning systems. Its portable design also means it can be removed and stored when it isn’t required.
With an adjustable operating temperature of 16°C–30°C and two ventilation levels, you can tailor the cooling and airflow to suit the conditions. Brunner recommends the system for spaces up to approximately 25–30m³, making it well suited to the compact interiors found in leisure vehicles.
Convenient app control allows compatible functions to be operated remotely from your smart device, so you can adjust the system without repeatedly accessing the unit itself. This is particularly useful when relaxing during the evening or settling down for the night.
Despite delivering 900W of cooling capacity, the TwinAir 3 has an electrical power consumption of just 345W and operates from a 230V / 50Hz supply. It also carries an Energy Class A rating, combining effective cooling with efficient operation.
The indoor unit measures 45.5 × 17 × 33cm and weighs 5.6kg, while the outdoor section measures 43.5 × 21 × 35.5cm and weighs 14.4kg.
