Lightweight, modular and now upgraded for 2026, the Cadac Carri Chef 40 BBQ Paella Pan QR brings versatile outdoor cooking to campsites, motorhomes, gardens or day trips — with new two-part legs for dual cooking height, improved working height, upgraded utility tray and integrated Quick Release (QR) connection for faster setup and pack-down.

The ceramic GreenGrill BBQ Grid (39cm) heats quickly, distributes heat evenly and delivers perfect sear lines on steaks, vegetables and skewers. A 36cm GreenGrill Paella Pan is also included, opening the door to curries, chilli, fried breakfasts or classic paella dishes. With automatic piezo ignition, adjustable foot for uneven ground and a stay-cool dome lid with thermometer, temperature control is smooth and intuitive — and the dome conveniently hooks to the side as a windshield for sheltered cooking.

Compatible with all Cadac Series 40 cooking surfaces, the Carri Chef 40 allows you to switch between grill plates, pizza stones, planchas and more. When the cooking is over, the removable enamelled fat pan with flame peep holes lifts out for easy cleaning, and the entire unit packs down neatly into the updated carry bag with secure leg holders for compact transport.
