The Dometic Sunshine AIR Pro 500 is a new take on a traditional Sunshade. Standard awnings would be constructed from basic and inconvenient poles however, this product from Dometic uses a rigid AirFrame to support the structure. The Flysheet is made from Weathershield™ Pro which is a double-layered polyester fabric that can easily deflect rainfall. The product comes with an oversized carry bag and an effective Downdraught 2.2 Hand Pump.
Inflatable Beams run across the Dometic Sunshine AIR Pro making it a reliable shelter without the hassle during set-up. Using the included Downdraught Pump, you can inflate the awning through the Single-Point inflation System. This quickly pitches and deflates the beams and removes the hassle of sorting through an assortment of poles. The beams themselves are constructed to be just as robust as standard metal poles. The Beams are also interlinked to further add to the stability factor of this canopy.
The material used in the design is Dometic's Weathershield™ Pro. This is a double-coated polyester fabric that can provide optimum protection against UV rays and slight rainfall should the weather change. Due to the canopy design, this is not recommended to be used in high winds. The Sunshine AIR Pro 500 canopy can also benefit from optional Side Walls. If these are attached, you gain a much better protection from the elements.
This Sun Canopy is designed for summer usage hence the name 'Sunshine'. It is ideal for additional space whilst on holiday with your Caravan or Motorhome. The amount of space you gain is roughly 500cm x 250cm. If you plan on taking your family on a weekend trip to the campsite this season, make sure to pack your Dometic Sunshine AIR Pro 500.
