The lightweight perforated aluminium blade allows excess flour to fall through, preventing burnt flour and ensuring a clean, crisp crust. Its flat-nosed design improves stability when sliding under dough and reduces rocking during transfer, helping pizzas keep their structure as they enter the oven.
