Just pop the metal disk and massage the gel pad as the gel begins to crystallise, instantly releasing heat. These pack of 2 hand warmers have the added benefit of being reusable.
To reset the crystallised pad back to its original gel form, add the pads to a pan of boiling water and allow to simmer until the crystals have completely dissolved, allow to cool totally before handling.
Standard shipping is a flat £4.99 and is free on orders over £75. Orders using standard shipping are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

A next day courier option is available for £6.99 - orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next working day, however any order placed after this time will not be despatched until the following day.
