The Whale Tuckaway Tap with On/Off Control is a compact cold water tap designed for caravans, campervans and boats, featuring a practical foldaway spout and convenient manual water flow control for space-saving sink installations.
Designed specifically for installations where space is limited, this practical Whale tap provides a convenient water outlet while helping maximise the available room around your sink and worktop. Its compact construction makes it particularly suitable for caravan kitchens, campervan conversions and marine galleys where every centimetre of space matters.
The tuckaway spout design allows the tap to be moved out of the way when it is not required. This helps create a tidier sink area and makes the tap particularly useful in installations with limited overhead clearance or suitable folding worktop covers.
One of its main advantages is the integrated on/off water control, allowing users to operate the water supply directly from the tap. This provides straightforward control when washing hands, rinsing dishes or filling containers, making everyday tasks easier in compact leisure vehicle kitchens.
The Whale Tuckaway Tap is designed for use with compatible cold water systems, making it a practical choice for basic freshwater installations in caravans, campervans and boats. Its simple operation is particularly appealing for owners who prefer a straightforward water outlet without the complexity of a conventional domestic mixer tap.
The compact spout provides convenient water delivery over the sink while allowing the fitting to be tucked away when not in use. This makes it a useful addition to campervan conversions where worktops often serve multiple purposes, including food preparation, storage and access to covered sinks.
Manufactured by Whale, a recognised specialist in leisure vehicle and marine water equipment, the Tuckaway Tap is designed for practical everyday use in mobile environments. Its straightforward construction also makes it suitable for replacing an existing compatible tap during routine maintenance or refurbishment.
The tap can be incorporated into an appropriate freshwater installation using compatible hose connections and pump equipment. As with any caravan or marine plumbing component, checking the existing water system and available mounting space is important before fitting.
Whether you are creating a new campervan kitchen, upgrading a boat galley or replacing an older caravan tap, the Whale Tuckaway Tap provides a practical solution for convenient water access without unnecessarily occupying valuable space.
Maximise your available sink and worktop space with the Whale Tuckaway Tap with On/Off Control, combining compact foldaway convenience with straightforward cold water operation.
